Most tools in this space either shame you or sell you a fantasy. The blockers feel like punishment; the trackers feel hollow; the “quit forever” promises ignore how relapse actually works. People deserve better than willpower and guilt.

So we built one private app that brings together the things that genuinely help: friction where you’re vulnerable, a streak that makes progress visible, a coach for the 1am moments, and a plan for the urge before it peaks. The same structure works whether you’re quitting porn, alcohol, nicotine, cannabis, or binge eating — because underneath, the loop is the same.
