Welcome to Cold Turkey. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cold Turkey mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account or using Cold Turkey, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use Cold Turkey. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

Cold Turkey offers a free tier with limited features and premium subscription plans that unlock additional features. All subscription fees are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
All payments are processed through Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted through the respective app store. Cold Turkey does not directly process refunds. We recommend reviewing the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the design and structure of the Service, are owned by Cold Turkey or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you create or share through the Service, including journal entries, community posts, and comments ("User Content").
By sharing User Content in public areas of the Service (such as the community), you grant Cold Turkey a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights and that you have all necessary rights to grant the licenses described above.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cold Turkey, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months prior to the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cold Turkey and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, but these Terms will continue to apply to any prior use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
